We stayed 14 nights here, though it was a very nice experience. The neighbourhood was fairly nice.

We enjoyed the christmas here. It was located in the middle of the town. We could walk to Gazelle Dates in 5 minutes.

There were a work desk, a satellite TV, and a dining area to use.

We cooked breakfast couple times, a dishwasher, fridges, and an oven where available.

Optimal and convenient setting, very close to restaurants, Welwyn Garden City and shops and restaurants.

We had a bit of trouble with the toilet flush during our stay, but the apartment was still good and decent overall. The location was convenient, near parks, shops, and dining choices. The modern and cozy feel of the apartment made our stay enjoyable. The bathroom had a lovely design.

I would recommend this apartment despite the minor inconvenience with the toilet flush.

Location was convenient and optimal, to an alley where garbage was collected nightly in the middle of the night. Also, we liked that it was so close to the town centre, restaurants, services and parking and all local amenities.

Beautiful apartment close to shops, restaurants, and transportation with contactless check-in and check-out. The bathroom was nice and I loved being able to adjust the light intensity. No keys needed, just a code to open the door. The welcome pack with tea, sugar, cookies, and water was a nice touch. Great service from the staff. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great location in the heart of town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and train station. the size of the apartment was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay during the Christmas season. Having a fully-equipped kitchen was a plus, as we could prepare our own meals.

The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the cleanliness was overall good, but the plates and cutlery needed to be cleaned before use.

The location of Portfolio Apartments - Welwyn Town Centre was excellent, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment itself was clean and stylish, just as it appeared in the online pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped and the overall size of the apartment was satisfying.
